Shipping policy
Orders typically process within 12-72 hours and then are shipped via FedEx 2-8 days inside the United States. Please note that due to unusually high demand as well as the covid-19 crisis, order processing and shipping may take more time than usual. If your product will not ship expeditiously, then our customer support team will reach out to you directly to offer remedy. We’re actively doing everything we can to get you your orders as fast as possible and following the latest guidance on safety. Order processing and shipping may take longer, but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time and we appreciate you!
Sometimes products will arrive in separate packages in order to expedite shipping.
Returns and exchanges are easy. All you have to do is email us at customersupport@clarkandcovet.com to confirm with our team, send us back the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, and pay for the return shipping. Please see our Returns Policy for other details.
If you would like to purchase an item as a gift, all you have to do is enter the name and address of the gift recipient in the shipping information when placing your order. We do not include receipts with prices in our packages so there is nothing else you need to do :) You will receive an order confirmation via email though, so make sure to use your own email when placing a gift order.
We plan to ship worldwide and all orders are trackable via your country's national shipping service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc.)
Please make sure to enter your correct shipping information and that there are no mistakes because we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We are also not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the postal carrier.
For International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, fees, tariffs, or any other government fees, lost packages in your home country, natural weather events, public holidays, or any other issues. Please check with your home country’s policies in regards to taxes/duties.
